Ocean Freight Officer | Up to $2.8k | 5 Days | Jurong East

Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,800 + OT + AWS & variable Bonus
Working Days: Mon - Friday 8.15am -5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Freight Booking: Coordinate bookings with carriers and suppliers.
• Tracking & Tracing: Monitor shipments and update clients on delivery timelines.
• Documentation: Assist with Bill of Lading (BL), invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Client Support: Respond to inquiries and provide operational updates.
• Data Entry: Update systems with shipment information and milestones.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma holder
• Min 2years of relevant work experience in Shipping or freight
• Proficient in MS office
• Short Notice Preferred
