The company, a world leading organization with businesses spanning across the world, serve as logistics consultant in providing one-stop business solutions that connect people and companies beyond national and regional boundaries, through diverse logistics modes, integrating land, air and marine transport is seeking a keen Planning Executive (Space/Shipment) to join its expanding team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and plan space for loading of shipment to maximise efficiency.
• Follow up on status of freight and ensure that all relevant parties are update.
• Work closely with airlines on enquiries on rate, tracking and other matters.
• Creating, maintaining and reviewing the selling rate and buying from customer/ carriers.
• Ensuring that all shipment is complete and uplift on time with agreed rate with all parties.
• Generating progress report and profit/loss to team and stakeholders.
• Assist in the Request for Quote (RFQ) tender.
• Coordinate and assist the sales team on sales enquiries and provide solutions on customer shipment needs.
• Able to plan all Bulk Unitization Programme (BUP) shipment for consolidation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Min a GCE ‘O’ or a Diploma
• With 2 years’ Planning/Logistic/Supply Chain experiences
• Orgainized and good time management skills
