Job Description

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share across key regional accounts, with a focus on free-hand and direct cargo owner business.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a sales teams to drive performance and foster a high-achieving culture.
• Monitor team KPIs and ensure consistent delivery of sales targets and profitability goals.
• Provide market intelligence, training, and tools to help the team stay competitive and exceed expectations.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build new partnerships and expand the agent network.
• Strengthen relationships with overseas agents to enhance collaboration and unlock new business opportunities.
• Continuously identify scalable growth opportunities and implement strategies to support long-term expansion.

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, with a strong sales leadership background
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and exceed KPIs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
