About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a MNC global Logistic-looking for a proactive Air Freight Operations Executiveto oversee daily import/export shipments and ensure seamless logistics operations. You'll play a key role in coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

We're Hiring: Executive, Air Freight Operations (SIN) | Mid-Shift

Location: East | Alps Ave

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Gross Salary: Up to $4000/month (depending on experience)

Salary: S$3,200 - S$3,800 + $200 Sunday standby allowance support+$200 shift allowance

Job Description:

✔ Monitor daily import/export freight movement and shipment status.

✔ Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Vendors to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery.

✔ Handle inquiries related to shipment status and delivery timelines.

✔ Ensure all shipment milestones are accurately and promptly updated in the system.

✔ Support and execute tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

✅ Diploma or higher in related inLogistics, Supply Chain Management

✅ Familiar with air freight operations

✅ Positive mindset, team player, and high desire for learning

✅ Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying and addressing operational challenges

✅ A self-starter who is resourceful and innovative in driving continuous improvement

✅ Adaptable to fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting with commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency

✅ Willingness to address operational issues outside office hours as needed
