About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of our client, MNC Global Logistic - a growing logistics team as an Import Billing Officer, where you'll be responsible for accurate billing, invoicing, and customer support within our air freight operations. This is a detail-oriented role that supports end-to-end import processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Position: Air Freight Import Billing Officer [12 months contract]

Working Location: Alps Avenue

⏰ Mon-Fri:

• 6 Off days per months
• 8:30am-5:50pm | Alt Sat: 8:30am-12:30pm

up to Salary: $3000

Job Description:

• Generate and post invoices using customer-specific tariffs for Billing & Invoicing
• Prepare monthly reporting for billing summaries for key accounts.
• Investigate and resolve rate/charge discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer billing inquiries; ensure timely processing of billing-related tasks.Identify and help resolve operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse/office environment.
• Comfortable with MS Office and logistics systems.
• Willingness to handle occasional urgent matters outside office hours.
• Training provided for candidates without air freight experience.
