*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle full cycle of import/export shipments (air/sea)  

- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customers for smooth operations  

- Prepare shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoice, packing list)  

- Track and update shipment status in the system  

- Assist with customs clearance, permit applications, and compliance  

- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction  

*Requirements:*

- Bilingual languages 

- 1–3 years in freight forwarding/logistics preferred  

- Familiar with Incoterms, shipping procedures, and documentation  

- Good communication and coordination skills  

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
