Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Manage budget to align with goals of business
• Manage a team of import, export, transshipment & nomination staff
• Handle Shipping Claims where needed
• Negotiate with Carriers, Warehouse Operators or Distribution networks to determine favourable Tariffs

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain / Maritime / Engineering or related
• Min 8 years of experience in NVOCC consolidation operations environment
• NVOCC work experience is required for the role
• Proficient in using Sysfreight Software
• International trade & development experience will be a plus
