Position Overview: The Enterprise Network Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of an organization's network infrastructure. This role involves leading a team of network engineers, ensuring network security, and optimizing network performance to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design and Implementation: Develop and implement network solutions that meet business requirements, including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based networks.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Network Security: Ensure the security of the network by implementing and maintaining security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly to minimize impact on business operations.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to procure network equipment and services, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Extensive experience in network design, implementation, and management, preferably in an enterprise environment.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, proficiency in network security protocols and technologies.
