1. Build Compelling Propositions
- Drive cloud transformation for large-scale migration/modernization.
- Design cost-optimized, agile, modern technology solutions.
- Create delivery models and pricing strategies.
2. Be a Trusted Technology Advisor
- Provide leadership in Azure PaaS, FaaS, and IaaS services.
- Architect complex workloads; develop POVs and solution blueprints.
3. Create Go-To-Market Solutions
- Develop IP, GTM solutions, and assets.
- Track cloud trends and drive technology adoption strategies.
4. Drive Cloud Modernization Strategy
- Architect modern apps, microservices using CQRS, Event Sourcing, etc.
- Use DDD, API-first design, Azure DevOps CI/CD, and testing integration.
5. Demonstrate Azure Expertise
- Build with Azure PaaS (Service Bus, Event Hubs, Cosmos DB, etc.).
- Design microservices using AKS, Docker.
- Architect secure, compliant solutions.

Experience Required:
- Hands-on cloud migration & modernization on Microsoft Azure.
- Architecture of 100-500+ app portfolios in regulated domains.
- Expertise in DevOps (Azure DevOps), agile delivery, and Landing Zones.
- Presales/RFP solutioning with offshore/onshore models.
