Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support and scale data analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document analytics requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed backlog items for developers using Azure DevOps.
- Define and manage data requirements for dashboards, reports, and models.
- Use Power BI to prototype visualizations and validate data outputs with stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
- Support the scale-up of analytics projects across various domains (with a focus on manufacturing).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst / Project Lead or similar role within data & analytics projects.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboarding.
- Adept in SQL for querying and data validation.
- Solid understanding of data architecture and modeling concepts.
- Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for project tracking and backlog management.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Experience working in Manufacturing or Industrial environments.
