We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT System Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience managing or coordinating IT system-related projects, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute IT systems and infrastructure projects according to defined timelines and budgets.
• Manage project documentation including schedules, reports, issue logs, and status updates.
• Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to gather requirements and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate where necessary.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation planning, and post-deployment support.
• Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with internal standards and IT governance practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT project coordination or project management.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, or enterprise applications.
• Familiar with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
