We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on E-commerce Assistant to manage our full e-commerce operations across various online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Amazon and webstore. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution such as product listing, inventory management, digital marketing and campaign management. You will also play a key role in driving sales performance and executing the company's e-commerce growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations, including order and delivery fulfillment, inventory, customer inquiries, refunds, and website updates.
• Create, update and optimize product listings across all platforms.
• Monitor stock levels, pricing, and performance analytics on each platform.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales.
• Configure and manage social media accounts.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
• Coordinate with developers on website maintenance and technical improvements.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with e-commerce marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Amazon) is highly preferred.
• Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently.
• Minimum Diploma in Marketing or with at least 2 yrs of e-commerce experience.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Working Hours:

• 5.5-day work week
• Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
