Role Overview:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITSM, ITOM or other enterprise domains. This role involves hands-on development, integration work, and contribution to client workshops and solutioning sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure ServiceNow applications across various modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, GRC, HRSD, ITOM).
- Develop custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and scripting.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and health checks.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST/SOAP, MID servers, and other interfaces.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation support.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of our ServiceNow implementation.
- Perform regular system audits and ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ServiceNow platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong grasp of ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, Business Rules, Script Includes).
- Experience with at least one ServiceNow module (e.g., CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITSM, ITOM).
- Knowledge of CMDB, Service Catalog, and Access Control Rules.
- Experience integrating external systems with ServiceNow (REST, SOAP APIs).
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Application Developer is a must; one or more CIS certifications (ITSM, HR, CSM, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
