We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven professional to lead our network planning and development efforts across Southeast Asia. This role is pivotal in expanding trade lanes, optimizing route profitability, and building strategic partnerships with container shipping carriers.

Responsibilities

Trade Lane Development

• Identify and launch new trade routes based on market demand, cargo flows, and operational viability.

Network Optimization

• Evaluate and enhance existing service routes to improve cost efficiency, asset utilization, and profitability.
• Develop business cases for new services and route adjustments.

Strategic Partnerships

• Lead negotiations for slot exchanges, vessel sharing agreements (VSAs), and strategic alliances with regional and global carriers.

Business Development Support

• Collaborate with commercial teams to align network services with customer needs and drive volume growth.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, port developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Project Management

• Oversee the implementation of new services and route changes, coordinating across Operations, Marine, Commercial, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in container shipping, network planning, or trade development.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of Southeast Asia's shipping landscape.
• Commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
