Quality Assurance & Quality Control Executive

Job Description

• Assist in liaising for machine servicing / repairs of the Production line

• Assist in Monthly Inventory, stock take and Cost Allocation of Stock to individual projects (liaison with procurement & accounts department)

• Quality Assurance & Quality Control of Materials purchase locally and overseas through testing and commissioning schedules.

• Liaise with external laboratory to carry out testing of materials

• Liaise with clients' QaQc departments and relevant departments to conduct material inspection at sites or factory warehouse and handing over process

• Ensure all necessary records, documents are up to date

• Engage the project team to deliver high quality works;

• Lead the QA/QC team and train the site team on Structural and Architectural trades;

• Assess site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvement actions;

• Provide insights for defects and recommend preventive measures;

• Prepare monthly reports for Management;

• Conduct Internal Quality Audits;

• Compile trade information, test reports, and formalize documentation;

• Liaise with authorities (i.e. BCA on assessment to achieve target score, LTA on inspections and compliances)

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

- At least 1-2 years experience in MRT (LTA) projects.
