Buroh Crescent (Bus provided at Lakeside MRT)

⏰Working Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 Saturday | 8am - 5pm；

(Off 1 weekday and Sunday)

Salary: $2,620/month

Remark: If work OT will be compensated to OFF-IN-LIEU

Duties:

✔Check the condition of the returned products and confirm if they meet the return criteria.

✔Assess whether the reason for the return is valid according to company policies or guidelines.

✔After reviewing the item and reason, record whether the return is accepted or rejected, along with the justification.

✔Depending on the outcome of the inspection and decision, classify the items as usable, unusable, or in other relevant

✔Minimum Nitec

✔Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills..

✔English proficiency for documentation and recording information and summary of the report.

✔Basic IT proficiency (Able to use internal systems and software with minimal supervision for tracking and documenting returns.)
