This will be a fully onsite, renewable up-to-18-months contract based in Changi Business Park.

- Customer Data Processing and Management using SAP
- Process improvements and system efficiency enhancements
- Troubleshooting and resolving any discrepancies in Customer Master information
- Work with Cross Functional Business, and IT teams to resolve Customer Data Management issues
- Generate Reports and Quality Metrics
Requirement:
- Any Diploma graduate with knowledge in data governance and interested in administrative and operational work with data is welcome to apply.
Advantageous to have:
- Diploma in Business Administration/Statistics
- 1 year of experience in managing cross-functional internal customers, with specific experience in utilizing various information management tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to learn new technical and non technical processes
- Hands-on experiences using SAP
- Working knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, or RPA
- Research or Data Management experience
