Job Scope

We are looking for a skilled and certified Cybersecurity Engineer to strengthen our security operations team with a focus on cloud security monitoring, threat hunting, incident response, digital forensics, and vulnerability and penetration testing (VAPT). The ideal candidate holds CISSP and CISM certifications and demonstrates strong analytical and technical skills across cloud and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Security Monitoring:
  Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-native and third-party security monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Sentinel, AWS GuardDuty, GCP SCC, etc.).
  Detect and respond to cloud-based threats, misconfigurations, and anomalies.
• Threat Hunting:
  Proactively identify advanced threats and suspicious activities across hybrid environments using threat intelligence, analytics, and SIEM data.
  Create hypotheses, build detection rules, and conduct deep-dive investigations.
• Incident Response & Digital Forensics:
  Lead and participate in the incident response lifecycle-identification, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-mortem.
  Perform forensic analysis of compromised systems, collect and preserve digital evidence, and produce clear and actionable reports.
• Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing:
  Conduct regular vulnerability assessments across cloud, network, and application layers.
  Execute internal penetration testing and coordinate with external testing partners.
  Analyze results and recommend remediation actions to strengthen defenses.
• Security Governance & Compliance Support:
  Align operations with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and regulatory requirements.
  Contribute to policy creation, process improvements, and technical documentation.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Cloud Architects, and SOC.
  Produce technical and executive-level security reports, dashboards, and threat summaries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, cybersecurity digital forensics.
• CISSP and CISM certifications are mandatory.
• Minimum1-8 years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on cloud environments, SOC operations, or red/blue teaming.
• Strong knowledge of security tools such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, and forensic platforms.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security controls.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
