- Permanent position/ APAC HQ/ 5 workday/ East area, short walking distance from MRT station.
- Participate in new tender and projects mainly focusing on overseas Building projects.
- Experience in overseas building projects preferred
- Deputy Manager [Civil] with relevant overseas building projects experience are welcome to apply.
Our client is a reputable MNC and leading A1 main contractor diverse in civil and infrastructure projects locally and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Project Oversight
- Oversee structural design management for Design & Build projects across the company's group entities in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Review bids, RFPs, structural drawings, models, and calculations to ensure design quality and compliance.
- Attend and lead Design Review Meetings and coordinate across bidding, construction, and handover phases.
- Design Standardization & Quality Control includes assist in aligning local practices with HQ guidelines and ensure consistent design documentation across entities.
Client & Internal Collaboration and Regional Engagement.
- Act as liaison between the Design Department and clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders for ongoing and new projects.
- Provide project-related updates and support to the company's global headquarters.
- Conduct monthly meetings with group company design offices to collaborate with local teams and management.
- Support annual design leadership meetings and participate in HQ-led coordination sessions.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering and/or relevant field
- Experience in overseas building projects preferred.
