- Design, implement, and maintain secure web gateway solutions using Zscaler and Blue Coat technologies.
- Configure and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Blue Coat ProxySG and Content Analysis Systems.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve the performance and security of the network and proxy infrastructure.
- Work closely with the security and infrastructure teams to enforce security policies and ensure compliance.
- Perform root cause analysis on proxy and internet access-related issues.
- Manage change requests and incident resolution following ITIL processes.
- Document architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and IT teams on Zscaler and Blue Coat-related issues.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in network security engineering or a similar role.
- Proven experience with Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA).
- Strong expertise in Blue Coat/Symantec ProxySG, including policy configuration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, DNS).
- Familiarity with firewalls, routing, switching, and other security appliances.
- Experience with security incident handling and response.
- Scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCP) or Symantec Blue Coat certifications.
- Experience with SD-WAN, VPN technologies, and cloud networking.
- Familiarity with SIEM tools and logging systems (Splunk, QRadar, etc.).
