**Responsibilities:**

- Implement and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

- Develop scalable and efficient data pipelines and data processing workflows to handle large volumes of data for model training and inference.

- Deploy machine learning models into production, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability in a production environment.

- Continuously monitor model performance, identify areas for improvement, and proactively propose and implement model optimization techniques.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in both Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering, with a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production systems.

- Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.

- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark).

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.

- Proficiency in Japanese, upper intermediate to high-level skill in business speaking, reading, and understanding is required.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with limited guidance.
