Job Summary

We are seeking a forward-thinking Information Systems Architect with advanced expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure OpenAI (AOAI) to lead the design and delivery of intelligent enterprise solutions. This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation, enabling automation, and embedding AI into core business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and integrated solutions using Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive for Business.

• Lead the design and deployment of Power Platform solutions:

• - Power Apps: Canvas and model-driven apps for business process automation.

• - Power Automate: Complex workflows integrating with M365, Dynamics, and third-party APIs.

• - Power BI: Data modeling, visualization, and dashboarding for actionable insights.

• - Power Virtual Agents: Conversational bots integrated with AOAI for natural language understanding.

• Design and implement Azure OpenAI solutions:

• - Develop intelligent agents and copilots using GPT-based models.

• - Integrate AOAI with enterprise data sources via Azure Cognitive Search and Azure Functions.

• - Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to optimize model performance.

• Collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities and deliver low-code/no-code solutions.

• Create architecture blueprints, solution roadmaps, and technical documentation.

• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs for emerging technologies.

• Mentor developers and citizen developers on best practices and platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, or platform engineering.

• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and customization.

• Proven expertise in Power Platform development, including custom connectors and Dataverse.

• Strong understanding of Azure services, especially Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.

• Experience with identity and access management (Azure AD), data loss prevention (DLP), and Microsoft Purview.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, AZ-305, MS-102).

• Experience with AI model integration, prompt engineering, and chatbot development.

• Knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, and custom APIs.

• Experience in agile project delivery and DevOps practices.
