Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with data scientists and product teams to develop algorithms, automate decision-making, and drive innovation using advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, train, and optimize machine learning models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions in production.
• Research and apply the latest in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• Implement model monitoring, retraining pipelines, and performance tuning.
• Ensure model interpretability and fairness in AI outcomes.
• Support the production of scalable and optimised AI/machine learning (ML) models
• Focus on building algorithms for the extraction, transformation and loading of large volumes of real-time, unstructured data to deploy AI/ML solutions from theoretical data science models.
• Run experiments to test the performance of deployed models that arise in the process.
• Work in a team setting and apply knowledge in statistics, scripting and programming languages required by the firm.
• Work with the relevant software platforms in which the models are deployed.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and ML fundamentals.
• Experience with model deployment (Flask, FastAPI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
• Background in mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
