Position Title: Cloud Services - Customer Success & Sales Support
Location: Singapore (Hybrid / On-site)

Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Success & Sales Support Executive to join our cloud services team. This role is central to ensuring smooth communication between our clients and internal teams, supporting the sales cycle, and delivering high-quality service throughout the customer journey.
You will assist potential clients in understanding our cloud solutions, help drive conversions, and provide after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via live chat, calls, and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Understand and communicate the value of our cloud hosting, cloud server, email, security and acceleration products.
Provide basic technical guidance and recommend appropriate service packages based on customer use cases.
Support the sales team with order processing, payment assistance, subscription renewals, and account follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and track interactions in CRM systems.
Liaise with internal technical teams when escalation is needed for issue resolution.
Prepare quotations, sales documentation, or basic reports upon request.
Participate in product briefings, customer webinars, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Diploma or above in Business, IT, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in tech support, customer service, or B2B sales support is preferred.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Tencent Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Mandarin is a plus for regional communications.
Singapore Citizens or PRs preferred.
