We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our team in Digitas Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging advanced data analytics to drive marketing strategy, optimize campaigns, and deliver actionable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Role overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our team in Digitas Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging advanced data analytics to drive marketing strategy, optimize campaigns, and deliver actionable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
What you'll do
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., customer profiles, digital behaviour, campaign performance, etc.) to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
2. Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Design and oversee A/B tests and other marketing experiments, providing guidance on statistical sampling and methodology.
3. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and senior management, explaining complex data findings in an accessible manner.
4. Project & Team Management
- Manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a small internal team of up to two members, providing guidance and support as needed.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Propose and measure the impact of new tools and technologies, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of data-driven marketing.
- Drive transformational change towards a more customer-centric and data-driven culture within the organization.
What we're looking for
1. Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience
- At least 6 yearsof relevant experience in business or data analytics. Experience with marketing data and technology is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing client projects and leading small teams.
3. Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Looker Studio).
- Experience with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Comfortable working with version control (e.g. Git) and command line.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis is a plus.
4. Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
5. Other Desirable Attributes
- Experience with customer data platforms (CDP) and marketing automation tools.
- Enthusiasm for AI and innovation.
