We are looking for an experienced, data-driven E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels. This role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing user experience, and driving online revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
- Monitor product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment
- Optimize product detail pages to increase conversion and reduce cart abandonment
- Implement strategies to grow online revenue and improve customer experience
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, EDM, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage and grow customer database through retargeting, email marketing, and CRM tools
- Work with designers/copywriters to develop content for social media and paid ads
Website & Analytics
- Oversee website UX/UI, ensuring a smooth, mobile-first shopping experience
- Manage SEO/SEM initiatives to improve organic visibility and ranking
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4 to track KPIs and performance metrics
Budget & Reporting
- Manage and allocate marketing budget efficiently
- Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on e-commerce and digital trends to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce
- Strong knowledge of online platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee)
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Passionate about fashion/retail and consumer behavior
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
- Graphic design or basic video editing skills
- Knowledge in affiliate marketing or influencer marketing
- Experience in performance marketing or managing agencies
