We are looking for a skilled PL/SQL Developer to support the development and maintenance of Oracle-based applications and databases. You will work closely with business analysts and application teams to deliver efficient, secure, and high-performing database solutions.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri

• Working Location: Jurong West
• Salary Package: Up to $5500 (basic) x 12 months
• Job Type: Contract (1 year)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Support and enhance existing Oracle-based applications by analyzing requirements and resolving performance or data-related issues.
• Develop and maintain data models, views, and stored procedures to support business reporting and system operations.
• Participate in code reviews, data migration, and release deployment activities.
• Work closely with QA and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
• Ensure best practices in database design, coding standards, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and performance tuning.
• Proficient in SQL query optimization and understanding of Oracle database architecture.
• Familiarity with tools such as Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, or similar.
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, or job scheduling tools (e.g., Oracle Scheduler, Autosys) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
