Job Title: Admin Executive - Infrastructure Data Management
Location: Bedok Area
Salary: $2,580/month
Working Hours: Mon-Thu (8:30am-6pm), Fri (8:30am-5:30pm)

Job Scope:

• Review, analyse, and organise infrastructure asset data (mechanical, electrical, civil)
• Liaise with asset owners to verify and clarify information
• Update and maintain records in the Asset Inventory database using standard templates
• Prepare data and reports to support asset renewal and planning
• Manage data flow and ensure timely task completion
• Use Microsoft Excel and MS Office for data management and formatting
• Assist in resolving data discrepancies and improving data quality

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Good communication skills
