- Provide expert-level VMware consulting services to enterprise clients.
- Perform end-to-end deployment, configuration, and optimization of VMware Cloud Foundation environments across multi-site data centers.
- Deploy and configure VMware NSX-T for advanced network virtualization, security, and multi-tenant network architectures.
Implement VMware vSAN storage and troubleshoot storage-related issues. - Execute complex NSX-V to NSX-T migration projects using multiple migration methodologies.
- Deploy and maintain VMware vRealize Suite components including vRealize Operations, Log Insight, Lifecycle Manager, vRealize Automation, and Network
- Insight leveraging VMware's NFV stack.
- Integrate VMware solutions with third-party platforms such as Palo Alto Networks, F5, AlgoSec, and Splunk.
- Support audit, compliance, and UAT documentation as required by customer contracts.
- Deliver runbooks, handover documentation, and knowledge transfer to customer operations teams.
Required Skills - Minimum 8+ years of VMware infrastructure implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (4.x, 5.x).
- In-depth knowledge of VMware NSX-T (3.x, 4.x) and NSX-V.
- Advanced experience with vSphere 6.x, 7.x, and 8.x.
- Hands -on with vSAN deployment, configuration, and tuning . Familiarity with VMware Telco NFV solutions and vCloud Director integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting capability across networking, storage, compute, and virtualization layers.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as Banking and Telco is a plus . NSX-T).
