• \tCoordinate Sprints: Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• \tEnsure Delivery: Ensure teams are delivering value incrementally and iteratively, meeting the definition of done and maintaining high-quality standards.
• \tCommunication: Serve as a liaison between the product owners and development team, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and priorities.
• \tFoster Collaboration: Promote collaboration inside and outside the team, enhancing shared understanding and team synergy.
• \tMeasure Performance: Use agile metrics to track and improve team performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• \tPromote Agile Culture: Advocate for Agile principles and practices within the organization, driving cultural change and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
• \tEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• \tExperience: Minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master in a ServiceNow environment
