1. Infrastructure Management:

- Oversee the selection, deployment, and maintenance of physical hardware components, including servers and storage.

- Assist the asset manager in conducting regular inventory checks.

- Install, configure, and maintain server operation system(Windows and Redhat Linux).

- Monitor server performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

- Perform regular system updates and security patches.

- Develop and maintain server baseline configurations for various server types (physical, virtual) based on industry best practices and organizational requirements.

2. Server Management:

- Manage and maintain the company's Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, ensuring domain controller health, OU structure, and user account management;

-Design, implement, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for centralized system configuration and security enforcement;

-Troubleshoot Windows-related issues, including user login problems, service failures, system slowness, and application compatibility;

- Perform Windows system hardening based on best practices (account policies, service control, firewall settings, audit configuration, etc.);

-Oversee Windows patching processes for servers and endpoints, ensuring system security and compliance;

-Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks;

- Support and perform administrator of MicrosoftSQL (MSSQL)- including user access, backup, service monitoring, and basic query troubelshooting.

3. Backup and Recovery:

- Implement and maintain backup solutions to safeguard data integrity.

- Develop disaster recovery plans and perform regular testing.

4. Documentation:

- Create and update system documentation, including configuration guides, standard operation procedure.

- Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operation systems.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Relevant certifications (e.g. RHCSA, MCSE, CCNA) a plus.
