Responsibilities

▪ Setup, install, and maintain network infrastructure for financial applications.

▪ Develop and implement comprehensive network architecture solutions that meet business

requirements and ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.

▪ Deployment of network solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices,

ensuring they are configured and optimized for peak performance.

▪ Implement and manage network security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure

compliance with industry standards and regulations.

▪ Continuously monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization

strategies to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.

▪ Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for network-related issues, working closely with IT

and other departments to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

▪ Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures to

ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.

▪ Work closely with other IT professionals, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless

integration and support of network systems.

▪ Perform regular BAU operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing.

▪ Coordinate with principle vendor for the incidents and support.

▪ Well verse with ITSM tools and processes.

▪ Drives continuous improvement and value adds.

▪ Establish relationships with customer / business units with technical knowledge and solutions.

Experience

▪ Total 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management services

▪ Total 8+ years of relevant experience in network architecture, including setup, installation, and

maintenance.

▪ Proficiency in cisco network management and administration.

▪ Proven track record of designing and deploying complex network infrastructures.

▪ Experience with network security best practices and technologies.

▪ Hands-on experience with network monitoring and performance optimization tools.

▪ Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network issues in a timely manner.

▪ Strong background in Linux system administration.

▪ Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

▪ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

▪ Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and processes.

▪ Experience in working in infra projects with BFSI customers.

▪ Experience of global delivery with offshore/ onsite model.

Mandatory Skills

▪ Proficiency in network design and architecture.

▪ Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.

▪ Experience with network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion

detection/prevention systems.

▪ Familiarity with network monitoring and performance optimization tools.

▪ Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

▪ Strong understanding of network virtualization and cloud networking solutions.

▪ Strong skills in Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.

Qualification

▪ Must have bachelor's or master's degree in IT/ engineering or equivalent qualification.

▪ Must have certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified

Internetwork Expert (CCIE), or equivalent.

▪ Additional certifications in network security or cloud networking are a plus.

▪ Good have ITIL certification.

▪ Must be trained in ITSM tools, process, remedy, service now, jira, confluence, sharepoint.
