Work Hours: 5-day work week, rostered between Mondays and Sundays. Daily shifts are scheduled between 9am and 9pm, including a 1-hour lunch break (actual rostered days will vary weekly).

Background:

You will be part of a team responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of data submitted by respondents. In this leadership role, you will guide and support a group of officers, monitor quality, ensure timely follow-up, and contribute to internal reporting and team performance. This position is ideal for individuals with prior team management experience in data verification, contact centres, or survey operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of Verification Officers to meet daily and project-wide data verification targets
• Conduct outbound calls to respondents to verify data and resolve discrepancies
• Review and amend flagged data entries using internal systems (e.g. IMAS) to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Handle complaint or refusal cases escalated by team members, and provide appropriate resolution
• Send follow-up emails to respondents with incomplete data entries and manage reminders
• Compile and update daily statistics on verification progress and present findings to senior management
• Conduct training for new and existing team members to ensure consistent execution and quality standards
• Set daily goals, monitor team performance, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes in line with project timelines
• Promote team alignment, collaboration, and clear communication to achieve common goals
• Maintain a high standard of data quality, accuracy, and confidentiality throughout the verification process
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth running of operations

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or higher in any discipline
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in data verification, customer service, survey operations, or call centre environments
• Proven ability to manage performance and coach team members effectively
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Experience working with KPIs and delivering results under tight timelines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, including complaint handling
• Able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, vLookup will be an advantage)
• Comfortable with making outbound calls and following up with respondents
• Selected candidates must complete a mandatory training course and pass assessment criteria prior to deployment
