Work Hours: Monday to Fridays, office hours

Background:

You will be part of a public sector organisation focused on strategic planning and service development to support long-term national initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and strategic planning. Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal teams to gather data sets and metadata (quantitative and qualitative) from various sources
• Conduct data cleaning and harmonisation to ensure consistency and accuracy of information
• Support data analysis through Excel and other tools to generate insights for planning and strategy development
• Develop basic dashboards and visualisations to communicate key findings
• Assist in drafting documentation and presentation materials for internal use
• Provide administrative and operational support to ongoing planning initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve the reliability and usability of data sources
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and project milestones

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or higher in any discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Geospatial knowledge and/or skill would be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable working with Excel and interpreting data for reporting purposes
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple workstreams
• A proactive learner with a collaborative mindset
