Responsibilities
Requirements
- Provide pre-sales technical support for Tencent Cloud's storage products and solutions in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Understand industry-specific customer needs and deliver tailored storage solutions to support data migration to the cloud.
- Lead solution design and technical engagement to ensure successful project implementation.
- Identify high-growth industries and business scenarios for storage, transforming client requirements into competitive, scalable solutions.
- Regularly summarize client use cases and solutions, supporting broader industry promotion and reuse.
- Collaborate with product teams to refine Tencent Cloud's storage capabilities based on real-world use cases and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years in cloud storage product pre-sales and solution architecture roles, with strong technical foundation in distributed storage systems, big data, AI technologies, and cloud-native infrastructure. Experience in public cloud pre-sales solution architecture highly desired.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese Mandarin as the working language, adept at engaging with customers and internal stakeholders across different organizational levels.
- Proven success in implementing cloud storage solutions on the client side is a strong plus.
- Candidates with Tencent Cloud technical certifications or equivalent industry certifications will be given preference.
