We are looking for a motivated IT Project Coordinator to join our team and support the daily operations of a government project. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, managing assets, and supporting procurement and administrative tasks within the operation center.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the operation team and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations at the operation centre.
• Manage and complete daily and ad-hoc administrative tasks (e.g. operation logistics, contractor coordination, escorting contractors for maintenance works, etc.).
• Support end-user equipment provisioning, including imaging, security patching, and application version upgrades.
• Maintain accurate project asset inventories, ensuring all assets are properly tracked and reconciled.
• Handle goods receipt for project equipment, billing, and invoice verification.
• Provide support in procurement processes for operational equipment.
• Perform any other related tasks to support smooth operation as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Prior experience in desktop support, including administration of PCs (laptops and desktops) and peripherals.
• Hands-on experience with the latest Windows technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
