Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and capable professional with 7-10 years of experience in wealth management, digital transformation, or strategy. In this role, you will support the regional wealth management strategy across key markets, contribute to the transformation of our operating model, and help define target state of platform both digital and human-centric. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., technology, UX, channels, product, marketing and controls) to deliver outcomes that enhance customer and employee experience across the Wealth Continuum.

Responsibilities

Support Regional Wealth Strategy Execution

• Assist in driving Wealth Continuum 2.0 across SG, HK, TW - focusing on client segmentation, value propositions (CVPs), and RM-client movement strategies.
• Contribute to new initiatives in India, Indonesia, and Thailand as part of the rethink on client experience and market strategy.

Digital & Platform Transformation

• Contribute to shaping RM workbenches and digital tools powered by AI and CRM.
• Define the target state for overall wealth platform considering onboarding, advisory, product execution & servicing.

Operating Model & Brand Positioning

• Participate in defining the target operating model for wealth management in partnership with business, tech, and control teams.
• Help reposition the DBS Wealth brand by connecting RM strategy, Product Strategy, and O2O (online-to-offline) integration.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with teams across regional and local markets, including technology, legal, compliance, risk, and marketing, to drive aligned execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in banking/wealth management, digital strategy, or transformation roles.
• Exposure to customer journeys design, platform, digital engagement
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across diverse teams and regional markets.
• Passionate about improving both client and RM experience through digital and business transformation.
