Team Introduction
The Marketing Intelligence team focuses on exploring and developing innovative approaches, methodologies, and technologies to enhance data-driven marketing strategies and practices
Ad Data is the cornerstone of every business decision that millions of advertisers make every day on TikTok and its affiliates. Therefore, we are tasked with innovating on daily basis to create and maintain complex systems at large scale and continue expanding the capacity to better serve advertisers growing at exponential pace. You will share in the ownership of the technical vision and direction for advanced Ad Data products.
You will be a part of a team of top notch technical professionals developing scalable systems and with a focus on sustained operational excellence. Members of this team will be challenged to innovate using cutting edge technologies. We are looking for people who are highly motivated by aiming for the highest, moving fast, and changing the way customers use data to drive profitability.
Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines to support complex business scenarios.
Independently lead technical solution design and drive project execution from planning to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (XFN), including data platform, infrastructure, and product stakeholders, primarily located in Singapore and China.
- Translate business needs-especially in the MPT (Monetization, Personalization, Targeting) domain-into robust data engineering solutions.
- Participate in long-term architecture planning and continuously improve system performance and data quality.
Support post-deployment operations, ensuring system stability and reliability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering and scalable highly reliable realtime data infrastructure system with large-scale data volume to support ads delivery and data reporting.
- Strong technical background in distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark, Flink, Kafka, and Hadoop.
- Familiarity with data systems and modeling in the MPT and advertising-related business domain.
- Proficient in Python, Java, and golang, and experienced with SQL.
- Proven ability to work independently and drive cross-functional projects.
- Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership
