IT Project Executive (Power Platform / Jurong West)

We are seeking a tech-savvy and people-oriented IT Project Executive / Analyst to support this mission through the implementation of digital solutions that streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri

Working Location: Jurong West

Job Type: 1 year contract

Salary Package: Up to $5k (basic)

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end IT projects-from planning to post-launch support
• Collaborate with SAO teams to automate workflows using low-code/no-code tools like Power Platform, iPath, or OutSystems
• Design, implement, and support dashboards, SaaS apps, and system enhancements
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specs
• Conduct UAT, training sessions, and user onboarding
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Monitor system performance and provide first-level support

What You Bring

• Experience in IT project coordination or process automation
• Hands-on with Power Platform, iPath, or OutSystems preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
