About the Role

We are seeking a AI Data & Innovation Analyst to support our innovation initiatives by researching emerging trends, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting in the development of strategic projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore, test, and implement new ideas that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and Technology Research: Conduct research on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive insights specifically related to data usage, AI applications, and data monetization strategies to drive innovation initiatives.
• Innovation Project Development: Assist in the development and execution of AI-driven innovation projects, from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with data governance and security protocols.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to test and refine new business concepts, focusing on the ethical use of data and process improvements that enhance data value.
• Business Case Preparation: Assist in preparing business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new initiatives, emphasizing the potential for data monetization and compliance with data security standards.
• Pilot Program Coordination: Coordinate pilot programs that leverage data insights, collect relevant data, and evaluate the success and scalability of innovative solutions while ensuring data integrity and security.
• Workshops and Training Facilitation: Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and internal training focused on fostering a culture of responsible data stewardship and innovation within the organization.
• Documentation and KPI Tracking: Maintain comprehensive documentation of innovation projects, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data usage, security, and monetization, and reporting insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Innovation, Strategy, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business innovation, data strategy, market analysis, digital transformation, or related areas, with a focus on data stewardship and security.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, particularly in the context of data management and monetization.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute creative ideas that enhance data value and security.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and grow in the field of AI and data stewardship.
• Proficient documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.
• Client-focused with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive, supply chain, or operations-related role.
• Exposure to ideation techniques, design thinking, or prototyping processes.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or similar methodologies will be advantageous.
• Experience with data analysis, emerging technologies, or digital tools
