Job Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Manage end-to-end implementation of a cloud-native Library Management System.
- Coordinate with vendors, schools, and MOE teams to ensure integration with HR, Student Hub, and MIMS systems.
- Oversee setup of OPAC stations, RFID devices, and data migration activities.
- Conduct testing, UAT coordination, and post-go-live performance monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to IM8, data security, and system uptime requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project delivery, preferably involving public sector/SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with library systems, RFID, Single Sign-On (SSO), and OIDC standards.
- Experience in multi-vendor environments and system integration is advantageous.
