This position supports technical and system-related activities on site, focusing on automated platforms and digital infrastructure. The role covers routine upkeep, issue resolution, and documentation, particularly in environments with regulated standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the introduction, testing, and transition of equipment and systems to operational teams.
• Help prepare controlled documentation such as procedures and forms.
• Assist in handling system-related investigations, updates, and follow-up actions.
• Carry out or coordinate regular servicing for automation, IT, and AV-related setups.
• Supervise external vendors during routine or one-off maintenance work.
• Address technical faults efficiently to avoid operational delays.
• Ensure all tasks align with site safety, quality, and local compliance standards.
• Complete assigned tasks and documentation accurately and on schedule.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
• Technical support or maintenance experience are advantageous
• Understanding of equipment used in final-stage product handling is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of control systems and interfaces (e.g., programmable logic controllers and visualization software, ideally Rockwell System).
• Familiar with communication setups such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, OPC, and basic data access.
• Experience with managing onsite audiovisual equipment.
