Job Description

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end network infrastructure lifecycle-design, implementation, maintenance, and escalation support.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Support day-to-day network operations including monitoring, troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, and backup validation.
• Maintain up-to-date records and network documentation (e.g., SOPs, network diagrams).
• Conduct daily system checks and flag abnormalities.
• Support incident response and perform root cause analysis with timely updates to stakeholders.
• Interface with vendors and backline support for complex issue resolution.
• Ensure implementation of service continuity measures such as backups and DR plans.
• Assist with other infrastructure support and project-related tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

• Cisco Switching and Routing (CCNA Certified)

Preferred Skills:

• Alcatel OmniSwitch Series
• Palo Alto Firewall
• Checkpoint Firewall
• F5 Load Balancer
• Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager

Other Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in network/system integration roles
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Certifications in network products highly advantageous
