Job Purpose

Take charge of the AI and digital product teams to drive strategic innovation and deliver impactful solutions that improve efficiency and enhance user experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of AI and digital product strategies, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver user value.
• Set product priorities, define key features, and manage product launches and market entry plans.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to build forward-thinking, AI-enabled products.
• Work closely with stakeholders to boost product adoption, streamline resource use, and speed up delivery cycles.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships to extend product functionality and increase market penetration.

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in digital product management, including leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in developing, launching, and scaling AI or digital solutions.
• Deep knowledge of agile development, lean product practices, and user-centered design.
• Solid technical foundation in AI, machine learning, data science, and new digital technologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
