Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Integrated Digital Delivery in the construction industry, specifically on building projects.
- Proficient in BIM and digital construction platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Synchro).
- Strong in CDE, BIM workflows, and 3D/4D/5D modeling.
Job Role:
- The Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) Manager is responsible for driving the digital transformation of construction project delivery by integrating technology across the design and construction lifecycle.
- This role focuses on optimising project coordination and efficiency through BIM, VDC, and other digital tools.
- Lead the implementation of IDD strategies across the design, construction, and handover phases of building projects.
- Align digital workflows with corporate digital transformation goals and industry standards.
- Oversee BIM implementation and coordination among consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure consistent use of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and adherence to BIM execution plans.
