We are seeking a dynamic and detail-driven IT Project Manager to facilitate the seamless execution of technical projects. This role entails close collaboration with Technical and Commercial teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. You will play a pivotal role in resource coordination, stakeholder management, issue resolution, and ensuring comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support across all ongoing Technical Team projects.
• Ensure optimal client satisfaction and resolve escalated issues independently.
• Track and manage project elements; report progress to the Technical Director.
• Define project objectives and responsibilities by reviewing proposals and assigning personnel.
• Analyze product design, customer requirements, and performance standards to develop specifications and cost estimates.
• Validate product performance through testing and analysis.
• Establish and maintain project schedules by sequencing tasks and coordinating activities.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and recommend actions as needed.
• Manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and oversee contractor contracts.
• Prepare status reports by analyzing project data and trends.
• Support the commercial team for timely project closure.
• Manage internal teams and external vendors/partners.
• Flag project issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Ensure tasks are tracked and completed on schedule; negotiate delays with customers when necessary.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Achieve professional services targets and assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proactive, customer-focused, and team-oriented
• Capable of working independently and taking initiative
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and writing abilities
• Able to clearly explain technical concepts and IT processes
• Experience managing small to mid-sized IT solution projects
