Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of IT projects to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, user manuals, and conduct training sessions related to project rollouts.
• Oversee IT-related projects involving technical analysis, solution deployment, system administration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide first-level support for ERP-related issues (training will be provided).
• Travel regionally as needed to support project coordination and implementation activities.
• Actively contribute to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives, including hazard and incident identification, risk assessments, and control implementation.
• Ensure that work practices and conduct align with HSE policies, objectives, and procedures, and adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned, in support of departmental or organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

• Prior experience in ERP support is an advantage (training will be provided).
• Must be a fast learner with a positive, willing-to-learn attitude and strong listening skills.
• Effective communication and documentation skills in English are essential.
• Strong analytical thinking and a creative approach to problem-solving are required.
