About the Role

We are expanding our Data Center team in Singapore and are looking for enthusiastic graduates who are passionate about IT infrastructure and technology operations. This is a rare opportunity to enter the fast-growing data center industry with full training provided. You will work alongside experienced engineers, supporting critical infrastructure for global businesses.

What You Will Do

• Assist in daily operations and monitoring of data center facilities
• Perform basic equipment checks and ensure uptime of power, cooling, and server systems
• Support physical installations, cabling, racking, and decommissioning of equipment
• Maintain documentation and update inventory systems
• Respond to on-site incidents and escalate issues where necessary
• Follow safety and security protocols within the data center environment

Who We Are Looking For

• Graduates with a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• Passionate about infrastructure, hardware, and hands-on technical work
• Willing to work in shift rotations (including weekends and nights)
• Detail-oriented and committed to operational excellence
• Able to follow procedures and work as part of a team
• No prior data center experience is required - training will be provided

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Basic understanding of IT hardware or networking
• Internship or project experience in tech operations or support roles
• Familiarity with DCIM tools or ticketing systems\
