Qualifications & Requirements:
- Be certified Developer on the Snowflake solution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences on the Snowflake solution and 10 years of experience in the data warehouse domain
- Extensive Understanding of architecture and design in server and cloud technologies.
- Well-versed in both cloud and on-premise enterprise data warehouse, configuration and administration.
- Hands-on experience in managing cloud services, scripting and automation and administration tools
- Hands-on experience on Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices;
- Been through at least one full software Development Lifecycle using RUP. Have experience in developing and producing Requirements Specification, Use Cases, Design Model and Domain / Data modelling.
- Experience on proposed UNIX / LINUX and Windows environment
- Extensive data warehouse design experience with knowledge on OLAP and OLTP concepts.
- Extensive experience and knowledge in data warehouse performance tuning & maintenance, backup methodologies
- Extensive experience in migrating from current OLAP Database system (DB2) to Snowflake.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
