Monitoring and tracking of events and alerts (First-

level support)

- Monitoring and tracking of change and

maintenance activities

- Manage, administer Message notification services and

sending of incident notifications or broadcast

notification to the stakeholders

- Initiate conference bridge to facilitate incident

investigations and migration activities.

- Open incident tickets, assign ticket to service track

and track incidents to closure.

- Conduct health check on system.

- Any other tasks assigned by Team lead
